Read on Nordstrom Rack’s own customer-service pages on September 24, 2026. Nordstrom Rack’s discounts are built into its model rather than handed out as codes: it says it is “your destination for brands you love up to 70% off”, and it states plainly that it does not price match or make adjustments. What it does publish, in detail, are shipping thresholds, a cardmember discount with unusually specific conditions, and a definition of what “Comparable Value” actually means. Anything we could not read is under “What we could not verify”, marked Unconfirmed.

Answer first: Standard shipping is free on most orders over $89 and $9.95 under $89; two business-day is $15 and next business-day is $25, with flat surcharges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and a 29¢ delivery fee in Colorado. Pickup in store is free and holds your order 5 days. Nordstrom cardmembers get an extra 5% off every Rack purchase — but only if they pay with the Nordstrom credit card, and not through Apple Pay, PayPal or Afterpay. And on price matching, Nordstrom Rack’s own words: “we do not price match or make adjustments.”
